A leading hospitality provider in Little London is seeking a Reservations Host to manage bookings and ensure excellent customer experiences. The successful candidate will oversee listings, collaborate with teams for smooth operations, and have prior experience in hospitality. Strong organisational skills and a passion for guest service are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a residential, hotel, or co-living environment is essential.
- Confident using computer systems and online booking platforms.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Responsabilités
- Oversee listings and reservations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and Front of House team to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage check ins and check outs.
- Produce reports to help grow the short stay offerings.
Connaissances
We are looking for a Reservations Host to join our team and play a vital role in the success of our Short Stay offering for members booking stays of 7 + nights.
- Oversee listings and reservations
- Collaborate with housekeeping and Front of House team to ensure rooms are prepared, payments are complete and arrivals run smoothly.
- Managing check in and check outs
- Produce weekly and monthly reports to help grow the short stay offerings.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities with ease
- Thrives on providing excellent customer service
- ability to build connections with local organisations to promote our short stay experiences
- A Natural host with a passion for hospitality ensuring you create great guest experiences.
