Boden are working exclusively with a leading PFI/FM specialist to recruit a Commercial / Contract Manager for a major project in the Wirral area. This role offers the chance to oversee long-term PFI contracts, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and financial performance.
Location: Wirral - Remote
Package: Up to £82,000 with £7,000 car allowance and 20% bonus
Contract: Permanent
- Take ownership of commercial and contractual obligations across multiple PFI projects
- Represent the client on key agreements, ensuring governance and compliance
- Oversee supplier delivery, manage variations and mitigate performance risks
- Lead on reporting, audits, budgets and contract reviews
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, investors and service partners
- Background in Facilities Management, Construction or PFI contract delivery
- Demonstrable experience in commercial management or contract management roles
- Strong knowledge of PFI operations, financial management and risk frameworks
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage suppliers effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
