We\'re looking for a Junior Engineering Manager to lead two small but impactful teams-one focused on 3rd line support and the a small agile development team. You\'ll be responsible for guiding a total of 10 engineers, helping them grow, collaborate, and deliver high-quality solutions that make a real difference to healthcare professionals and patients across the UK.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid engineering background who\'s ready to move into a leadership position, balancing technical oversight with people management.
As a Junior Engineering Manager, you\'ll play a key role in supporting your teams and ensuring they deliver reliable, scalable, and innovative solutions.
You\'ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the UK as you take on some tough challenges.
You\'ll be an engineer with hands-on experience and a passion for mentoring others. You\'ll be proactive, approachable, and keen to foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
