We\'re looking for a Junior Engineering Manager to lead two small but impactful teams-one focused on 3rd line support and the a small agile development team. You\'ll be responsible for guiding a total of 10 engineers, helping them grow, collaborate, and deliver high-quality solutions that make a real difference to healthcare professionals and patients across the UK.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid engineering background who\'s ready to move into a leadership position, balancing technical oversight with people management.

What you\'ll do

As a Junior Engineering Manager, you\'ll play a key role in supporting your teams and ensuring they deliver reliable, scalable, and innovative solutions.

You\'ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the UK as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities

• Leading two teams (3rd line support and a development team), ensuring alignment with business goals
• Supporting engineers in their day-to-day work, career development, and technical growth
• Facilitating collaboration between support and development functions to improve product stability and performance
• Contributing to technical discussions and helping solve engineering challenges
• Promoting best practices in software development and support operations
• Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and learning
