Boden are working exclusively with a leading PFI/FM specialist to recruit a Commercial / Contract Manager for a major project in the Wirral area. This role offers the chance to oversee long-term PFI contracts, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and financial performance.

Package: Up to £82,000 with £7,000 car allowance and 20% bonus

Contract: Permanent

Role Overview

• Take ownership of commercial and contractual obligations across multiple PFI projects
• Represent the client on key agreements, ensuring governance and compliance
• Oversee supplier delivery, manage variations and mitigate performance risks
• Lead on reporting, audits, budgets and contract reviews
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, investors and service partners
