A leading retail company in Reading is seeking a GBS Transformation & Portfolio Lead to manage transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with business strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading transformation projects with a focus on governance, stakeholder management, and performance tracking. Reporting to the Head of Global Business Services, the GBS Transformation & Portfolio Lead is a critical enabler of GBS success; being responsible for managing the coordination and delivery of change and transformation across the GBS scope. Running a GBS Transformation Office they orchestrate GBS’ transformation efforts, ensuring outcomes remain aligned to business strategy and robustly govern delivery and portfolio value realisation through focussing on:
