This is a shift-based role, operating on a Panama-style schedule with 12-hour shifts that rotate between days and nights. Flexibility is essential.

As an Arla Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring Cravendale milk reaches every morning cuppa, Skyr yoghurt fills breakfast bowls, and Anchor butter spreads smoothly on toast across the UK.

Built in 2010 and spanning 76 acres, this pioneering site is the world's first 100% carbon-neutral dairy. Producing over 1 billion litres of milk annually, it's central to Arla's mission to feed the nation.

Our engineers are hands-on problem solvers. They maintain, repair, and install the machinery that powers our production of high-quality, nutritious dairy products. As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll apply your expertise in engineering and manufacturing to support our high-performing team and optimise every aspect of our production facility.

• Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance on all dairy processing and packaging equipment
• Maintaining a robust PPM system and ensuring compliance with flexibility and efficiency
• Leading continuous improvement teams and facilitating lean manufacturing initiatives
• Delivering planned maintenance across production lines using tools like TPM, RCM, FMEA, 5S, and Kaizen
• Identifying and implementing improvements to boost OEE, quality, and health & safety standards

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with FMCG engineering and maintenance (desirable)
• ONC or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
• Strong communication skills and confidence working across all levels of the business
