Qualifications

  • Professional experience with contracts and subcontracts in USAID or FCDO projects.
  • Solid understanding of USAID/FCDO policies and procedures.
  • Experience in developing subcontracts and partnership agreements.
  • Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Support and guide on subcontract-related questions.
  • Draft and maintain sub-agreement templates.
  • Review and approve sub-agreements using the OTIS system.
  • Provide mentorship and capacity-building for staff on subcontracting.
