A leading telecommunications company in the UK is seeking an HR Officer to provide essential HR and employee relations support. This contract role will last for 6 months and involves managing employee relations cases, coaching HR processes to managers, and ensuring accurate HR data management. The ideal candidate has experience in HR case management and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for an HR Officer contractor for a 6-month basis. This role is critical to providing expert HR and employee relations support acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees.
You’ll manage ER cases with confidence, coach leaders through HR processes and help drive continuous improvement across the team. If you’re passionate about people, detail‑oriented and thrive in a fast‑paced environment this is your opportunity to make an impact.
