You\'ll partner with managers across a wide range of disciplines and seniority levels, helping them navigate the full recruitment cycle while ensuring compliance with Civil Service Recruitment Principles and employment legislation.

• Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers, designing the most effective recruitment routes and methods for each campaign.
• Manage both internal and external recruitment activity across multiple disciplines.
• Draft and place recruitment advertising, select suitable channels, and support assessment and interviewing processes.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, positioning Resourcing as a trusted partner.
• Work with external suppliers, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual agreements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data for management information and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of updated policies and processes.

This role is ideal for someone with recruitment experience who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys balancing advisory, process, and stakeholder-facing responsibilities.

You should bring:

• Experience of recruitment processes, including advertising, routes to market, assessment tools, and interview methods.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence effectively.
• Knowledge of recruitment-related legislation and Civil Service Recruitment Principles.
• Confidence in managing suppliers and monitoring campaign effectiveness.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems or online databases.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience analysing recruitment data and providing reports.

• The total reward package is worth up to 37% above base salary and includes:

This role is reserved for British citizens only and requires SC security clearance.
