You will be a highly visible leader, able to organise, inspire and motivate people to achieve great things. You will know how to make our ambitions and priorities resonate with others, so ambitions become delivered outcomes and people know the value of our work. • A passion for people, creating an open, inclusive, safe and trusting culture where everyone plays a part in delivering great outcomes and everyone can be their best.
• Ability to influence and contribute to the strategic direction of the Area.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating interaction at all levels both within and outside of the Environment Agency.
