Senior HR Advisor in CookstownWe are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to lead all HR activity at a standalone site of around 90 employees.This role is responsible for day-to-day HR operations, delivering people-focused initiatives, and providing practical, customer-focused support to managers and team members in line with policies and employment law.
- Act as the primary HR partner for managers and supervisors, providing guidance across all HR matters.
- Support performance management, goal-setting, and capability reviews.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Lead engagement, culture, inclusion, and change initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR policies and ensure consistent application.
- Oversee absence management and coordinate occupational health.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance matters professionally.
- Administer weekly and salaried payroll.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Prepare required HR reports.
- HR degree advantageous.
- CIPD membership or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Ability to manage a busy HR workload and work collaboratively across multiple sites.
