Skills

This role involves a mix of guest assistance, venue support, facilities upkeep, and light maintenance. - Guest & Venue Support
- Greet and assist guests across the building
- Show prospective clients and visitors around the venue space
- Provide keys for out‑of‑hours hotel check‑ins
- Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring a positive experience
- Building & Public Area Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of all public areas
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as small repairs, and report any issues requiring further attention
- Conduct routine checks to ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well‑presented
- Operational Support
- Assist venue and hotel teams with general tasks as needed
- Support the smooth operation of the building as the business grows into new ventures
- Work collaboratively with management to ensure high standards throughout the site
