A leading healthcare provider in Weymouth is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a new care home. The role involves assessing residents' needs, administering care, and maintaining care plans. Candidates must have a current NMC Pin and experience in a care setting. The position offers a salary of £22.00 per hour, with an annual salary up to £50,336 and a generous benefits package including 25 days annual leave, private medical cover, and career development support.

- Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
- Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy.
- Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals.
- Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary.
- Proven experience of working in a care setting.
- A good team player.
- 1+ Year NMC registration.
- Well-developed time management and leadership skills.
