From designing impactful learning content to delivering hands‑on training and coaching, you’ll be at the heart of empowering our teams to feel confident, capable and supported to deliver outstanding childcare every single day.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, effective training online, in‑person, and in the field, to support colleagues across all areas of our operations.
  • Bring policies and procedures to life, turning complex information into clear, practical, and engaging learning for diverse teams.
  • Support and guide teams through learning platforms, tools and systems, and offer technical help and support with onboarding as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with managers, operational leads and other departments to embed learning as a positive, ongoing experience.
  • Create dynamic training materials, including presentations, handbooks, guides and digital content.
  • Champion our culture and values through everything you teach and share.
  • Identify learning needs and tailor your approach to suit your audience, from new starters to experienced managers.
  • Work flexibly and independently, often travelling to different sites within your hub.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years training experience in a multi‑site setting, desirably in the childcare sector.
  • Great understanding of environment, challenges, policies, procedures and best practice in childcare.
  • Confident communicator and natural facilitator; energetic and engaging delivery style.
  • Organised, self‑sufficient and adaptable; able to manage time, juggling priorities whilst remaining calm under pressure.
  • Digitally savvy: confident using Microsoft tools, online learning platforms, and digital tools to create and deliver impactful content.
  • Compliance‑focused mindset dedicated to delivering training that meets all regulatory and safeguarding standards.
  • Creative and detail‑focused, responsible for designing and editing high‑quality training materials that stay compliant.
  • Passion for people development and willingness to travel extensively across the business.
