Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Manager for Carriages Ltd, where you will lead innovative marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and create exceptional dining experiences and events.

You will be involved in PR, social media, event management, and overall marketing campaigns, playing a key role in shaping the future of our restaurant, farm shop, and café.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Social Media Engagement: Develop and execute content strategies for social platforms to increase brand visibility, follower growth, and engagement. Manage customer interactions professionally across all channels.
2. Events Management: Plan and execute memorable events throughout the year, engaging guests and creating lasting impressions.
3. Strategic PR Campaigns: Create and implement PR strategies for each venue to generate positive media coverage, build brand credibility, and highlight unique value propositions. Oversee media kit creation and outreach, adapting to industry trends.
4. Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality content for digital channels, including social media, websites, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with brand goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or equivalent, with proven experience in marketing roles within the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to develop and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Successful experience in PR and social media campaigns, with a track record of engaging strategies.
• Understanding of PR principles, media relations, and crisis communication.
• Design skills using Adobe Suite for menu creation and experience with website platforms like WIX.
