You will ideally be studying for an RTPI accredited degree, though we also welcome applications from those studying a non-accredited degree who are looking to pursue a career in property.

As part of joining Lanpro, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team not only learning from professionals in Development Planning but also Major Infrastructure skillsets who support large scale projects including market leading renewable development consent orders (DCO).

• Drafting planning applications, pre-application enquiries and appeals.
• Undertaking basic planning appraisals and research
• Preparation of fee proposals to generate new business.
• Review of Local Planning Authority (LPA) Local Plans and their stage of production.
• Assisting clients throughout the planning process.
• Assisting with community engagement, committee meetings and public examinations.
• Communicating with all stakeholders involved in the planning process.
