We are seeking a passionate and driven Graduate Mechanical Engineer to support the design, delivery and maintenance of critical assets in the water industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an industry that directly impacts communities and the environment, while gaining hands-on experience and developing towards chartership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the mechanical design of pumping stations, treatment works, and pipeline systems
• Support project delivery teams on-site and in the office
• Collaborate with civil, electrical and process engineers
• Prepare technical reports, specifications and drawings
• Engage with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure engineering excellence
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across all activities

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng or MEng)
• A strong interest in sustainable engineering and the water sector
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn

Desirable

• Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
