Overview

Teaching Assistant Position for Maths Graduate - Watford. This full-time, term-time role supports Maths lessons and helps students build confidence and proficiency in mathematics.

Location: Watford | Contract: Full-time, term-time only | Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Support students in Maths lessons, helping them to develop confidence and proficiency.
  • Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging learning activities.
  • Assist students with additional needs, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Provide one-to-one or small-group support as needed.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Maths (or a related field).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential).
