This is a hands‑on IT Project Manager role, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of technology initiatives, with a major focus on delivering a business‑critical ERP upgrade (Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central preferred).
You'll be trusted to shape how IT projects are delivered across the business - working closely with warehouse, transport, finance, sales, and purchasing teams.

- Own the ERP upgrade, ensuring minimal disruption to wholesale operations
- Translate operational business needs into clear technical requirements
- Work closely with warehouse, transport, finance, sales, and purchasing teams
- Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, roadmaps, and reporting
- Proven experience delivering IT projects in multi‑system environments
- ERP upgrade experience (Dynamics / Business Central highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery
- Confident stakeholder management and clear communication style
- Comfortable operating autonomously with minimal IT infrastructure in place
