Job summary
A leading planning consultancy is seeking a Senior DM Planner for a minimum 6-month contract in Essex. The role involves managing varied planning cases and preparing committee reports. Candidates should have experience with major developments and strong verbal communication skills to liaise confidently with developers and the public. This position offers £45/hr and allows for hybrid working, requiring only 1-2 days on-site per week.
Qualifications
- Experience managing end-to-end planning processes.
- Ability to prepare committee reports and attend meetings.
- Confident in conducting meetings with developers and public.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload and oversee end-to-end planning.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare cases for Planning Appeals.
- Attend meetings and prepare committee reports as necessary.
