We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale solar construction project in Cardiff. You will manage subcontractors, direct labour teams, and suppliers while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, renewable energy, or utility-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management processes, contracts, and commercial frameworks (variations, EWNs, RFIs, payment applications).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
- Hands-on, site-first mentality with willingness to be actively involved in project delivery.
