A leading healthcare provider in Chichester seeks a Team Manager for Appointment Coordinators. This full-time role involves overseeing appointment scheduling, addressing complex issues, and ensuring a smooth service in a healthcare setting. Ideal candidates will have managerial experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in scheduling systems. The position provides a competitive salary of £32,500 annually and a supportive work culture that values employee well-being and continuous development.
You will manage and develop a team of Appointment Coordinators while ensuring accurate, efficient appointment scheduling across all services. Acting as the escalation point for complex issues, you’ll work closely with clinicians, patients and internal teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality service.
