Role overview
The team forms part of the overall BUK POD focusing on specialist customer servicing functions such as Financial assistance, Bereavements, Delegated authority etc. Working to deliver strategic change for the majority of Business areas, driving new business and improved customer experience across all products including Digital channels, Colleague Desktop, ATM & Self Service and a range of online, internal, external products.
