A growing support charity is looking for a Team Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will supervise Support Workers, ensure compliance with care standards, and contribute to service development in the Standish area. The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and previous leadership experience. Competitive salary with additional benefits offered, including training and career progression opportunities.

Salary: £31,500 - £34,500 plus additional on call payment of circa £2,000
