Job description
Overview

Are you an experienced Early Years professional or a retired Teacher seeking rewarding, part-time hours?

A welcoming primary school in Levenshulme (M19) is looking for a dedicated individual to lead their After School Club for our youngest pupils. This is a perfect, consistent role for someone looking to maintain a connection with education without the commitment of full-time hours.

The Role
  • Hours: Consistent Part-Time (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

  • Days: Monday to Friday (Term-time only)

  • Focus: Working exclusively with our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) children (Ages 3-5).

  • Location: Levenshulme, Manchester (M19).

What You\'ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for the children after the school day ends. This involves planning and leading engaging play-based activities, reading, creative time, and supervising children until they are collected.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking an individual who is highly experienced and qualified in Early Years education.

Essential Requirement: You must hold a full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or 3 minimum, such as NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years, or a full Teacher Qualification, including QTS/EYTS).

This role would be ideal for a retired or semi-retired EYFS Teacher or a highly skilled Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant looking for consistent, part-time work.
