A CRM performance team is seeking a CRM Executive to enhance member engagement through effective campaign management and analysis. The ideal candidate will leverage CRM tools like Braze to drive engagement and deliver measurable results. Blue Light Card. Individually great, together unstoppable The Role and the Team We’re looking for a CRM Executive to join our growing CRM Performance team. This hands-on role focuses on driving member engagement and delivering measurable commercial impact.
You’ll work closely with Partnerships and Brand to align on goals, while building high-impact campaigns across our two products, Blue Light Card and Defence Discount Service. Expect to test, learn, and optimise across email, push, and in-app messaging, analysing results and sharing insights that shape future campaigns.
