In this role you will play a key role in:

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth through activities that form part of the following categories:

We maintain increasingly high standards for our consultants and require candidates with:

  • Proven intellectual strength. You'll be educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • A broad consulting skillset which is likely to include a combination of:
    • Evidence of excellent project delivery in the public sector, with experience of agile and waterfall delivery methods.
    • Evidence of a strong analytical mindset and the application of relevant frameworks to identify business pain points, user needs and develop solutions.

  • High levels of emotional intelligence. Evidence of engaging/managing public sector stakeholders. An understanding of public sector cultures and ways of working.
  • A good understanding of the commercial aspects of consultancy, which may include evidence of scoping and pricing work packages, managing the commercial performance of projects or bidding for public sector contracts.

Candidates will be collaborative and be used to working in mixed capability teams to deliver excellent client outcomes.
You'll have a growth mindset and be able to evidence continuous development both to support your own professional development and provide the best advice to clients.
Formal certifications are beneficial but not essential. Relevant certifications will include: APM or other programme/project delivery certifications; PROSCI or other change management certifications; SCRUM or other Agile certifications; Better Business Case accreditations; LEAN or equivalent certifications.
