Rate:£19 per hour

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Senior Medical Secretary to join our esteemed client in London. This role requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive range of administrative and secretarial tasks. Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of medical documentation and communication, which are critical for the smooth operation of the healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining meticulous records and documentation, and ensuring strict adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations. You will handle complex scheduling, correspondence, and communication with a high degree of accuracy, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in medical secretarial work.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
