Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in ultra‑luxury hospitality sales.
Strong organizational skills for managing complex group bookings.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsabilités
Identify, solicit, negotiate, and close high‑end group and event business.
Manage the full cycle of group sales and event coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offers and experiences.
Respond to RFPs and client requests promptly and professionally.
Represent the properties at industry trade shows and events.
Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM systems.
Analyze market trends to inform sales tactics.
Report to the Associate Director of Sales on performance.
Act as a brand ambassador reflecting luxury standards.
Travel extensively for client meetings and events.
