Qualifications

• A full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential.
• Prior customer service and sales experience with the ability to engage with the customer.
• Happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
• Has a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on the trade counter by understanding their needs.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email proactively.
• Maintain excellent Health & Safety standards in the warehouse.
• Book stock in and maintain efficient storage.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Drive a 3.5T vehicle to deliver to customers.
