Job description

We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

You will define, build, and lead the global enablement strategy for Pure's distributor network, transforming them into a powerful force for partner success. This is a high-impact role focused on scaling product and solution expertise across our two-tier channel, directly accelerating market penetration and pipeline growth. You will collaborate closely with Distribution Sales, Partner Enablement, and Channel Technical teams to ensure distributors are fully equipped to drive business and empower their downstream reseller ecosystems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own the Global Distribution Enablement Roadmap: Design and execute the comprehensive enablement strategy for Pure’s worldwide Distributor Program, ensuring direct alignment with our go-to-market priorities and measurable impact on partner readiness, pipeline generation, and revenue.
  • Scale Knowledge via Train-the-Trainer (TtT): Develop compelling, ready-to-use TtT content and delivery playbooks that empower distributor teams to effectively onboard, train, and certify their partner base on Pure's solutions, including joint alliance offerings.
  • Drive Solution Adoption and Impact: Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Curriculum Design, GTM, Partner Experience) to create and maintain high-value assets (e.g., workshops, eLearning modules, talk tracks, enablement packs) that accelerate the distributor's adoption of key tools and their ability to position Pure's differentiation.
  • Measure and Advocate for Program Success: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor TtT engagement, distribution scale, and business outcomes, leveraging performance data and thought leadership to continuously optimize the program and represent distribution enablement in leadership forums.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Expert-level understanding of the two-tier channel model and partner ecosystems, with proven experience designing and executing enablement programs for distributors.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical and business concepts (e.g., enterprise storage, data management, cloud/hybrid architectures) into structured, actionable, and audience-specific enablement programs.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering high-impact, virtual, and in-person "train-the-trainer" sessions to a global audience.
  • Strong structured program management capabilities and the proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical, Product, Marketing).
  • Ability to apply an analytical mindset to link enablement outcomes (e.g., content consumption, certifications) directly to measurable business performance (e.g., pipeline, revenue contribution).
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Staines, UK office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:
  • Pure Innovation: We celebrate those who think critically, like a challenge and aspire to be trailblazers.
  • Pure Growth: We give you the space and support to grow along with us and to contribute to something meaningful. We have been named Fortune's Best Large Workplaces in the Bay Area™, Fortune's Best Workplaces for Millennials™ and certified as a Great Place to Work®!
  • Pure Team: We build each other up and set aside ego for the greater good.

And because we understand the value of bringing your full and best self to work, we offer a variety of perks to manage a healthy balance, including flexible time off, wellness resources and company-sponsored team events. Check out purebenefits.com for more information.
