Zusammenfassung
A leading charity organization in Lichfield is seeking an Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative support. This role involves managing policies, health and safety compliance, and providing executive support. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Personal Assistant, practical health & safety management experience, and knowledge of GDPR compliance. The position offers flexible working with occasional office attendance.

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant at executive level.
- Practical experience in managing health and safety compliance.
- Hands-on experience with GDPR compliance and data protection procedures.
- Familiarity with charity governance and relevant regulatory requirements.
Aufgaben
- Manage and maintain the charity’s policies and procedures.
- Coordinate risk assessments and ensure adherence to legislation.
- Liaise with HR agency for support and accurate records.
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO.
