At M&S, we're building a learner-led culture where development is part of everyday work. As a Learning Designer, you'll join a small, agile team creating innovative and impactful learning solutions that build skills, improve performance, and deliver measurable results.
You'll work closely with the Learning & Leadership team, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to turn design briefs into practical learning experiences, from digital modules and toolkits to workshops and blended programmes. Using design thinking principles and modern learning technologies, you'll design, prototype, test, and refine solutions that are engaging, accessible, and aligned to business goals.
This is a hands‑on role where you'll not only design but also produce learning products, ensuring every experience is relevant, on‑brand, and impactful.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
