Analytics and CRM are central to this journey, shaping strategy across customer engagement and retention.
This is a key role within the CRM analytics function, focused on both decisioning and campaign performance analysis. You'll be responsible for building and segmenting audiences across multiple channels, as well as measuring and optimising campaign impact. Working within a collaborative team of six, you'll partner with the CRM operations team to deliver end-to-end campaigns, from targeting to reporting.
The role offers a balance between hands‑on SQL-driven audience builds and deeper campaign analytics, with flexibility to lean into either side depending on your strengths. You'll also gain exposure to high-profile projects, including digital transformation initiatives, major campaign launches, and advanced personalisation strategies.
