A leading national healthcare service in Haverfordwest is seeking an experienced Junior Sister/Charge Nurse for its Emergency & Urgent Care Centre. The successful candidate will lead nursing teams, coordinate emergency care, and enhance bilingual communication with patients. Candidates must have recent emergency nursing experience and relevant qualifications. The salary range is £39,263 to £47,280 annually, pro rata.
We are looking for an experienced Emergency Nurse who is interested in developing their skills in the role of Junior Sister / Charge Nurse at Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest.
The role combines clinical practice (care-coordination), leadership and management and supervision of the Emergency Department nursing team. Not only will you be a role model to the staff, you will be designing and preparing the team for the challenges of the future.
Applicants should have recent Emergency Nursing experience and able to demonstrate evidence of care coordination, clinical competence in triage, critical care assessment and supervisory management.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
