We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Manager to oversee the operations of our care facility in Bishop's Stortford. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and extensive knowledge of Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Lead and manage the care home team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Uphold and enhance care standards in line with CQC requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets and financial plans to optimize resource allocation.
- Liaise with residents, families, and external agencies to maintain positive relationships.
- Proven experience as a Registered Care Home Manager.
