We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager to oversee the operations of our care facility in Sudbury. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents, have good turnaround ability and strong CQC understanding.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the care home, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Manage, train, and support staff to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and policies.
  • Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management of the care home.
