Are you a Business Development Manager or Salesperson with waste management experience looking to take ownership of a high-value patch for a growing leader in recycling and demolition services?

This company is a leading privately‑owned waste management and recycling specialist operating across Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey and surrounding areas. They provide demolition, aggregates, ready‑mix concrete and waste services to construction, industrial and commercial clients, with multiple recycling facilities, a large fleet, and a strong focus on sustainability, compliance, and ongoing growth.

In this field‑based role, you will drive sales and business development across your patch, manage key accounts, win new clients, support tenders and bids, and work closely with operations and customer service to deliver excellent service and growth.

This role would suit a BDM or Salesperson with waste management experience looking for a field‑based role with responsibility for key accounts and growth opportunities.
