A design-oriented firm based in central London is looking for a BIM technician to assist in implementing Building Information Modelling procedures. This full-time position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment within an architectural team. Candidates should have an HNC/HND in a construction-based subject and at least three years of relevant experience, particularly with Autodesk Revit. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Our client is a design-orientated, award-winning studio of around 50 people, based in central London, and working across sectors including workplace, fit-out, residential, public realm and mixed-use. They are currently hiring a BIM technician to support their BIM manager in the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and the digital construction procedures at the design, construction, and handover stages of projects. You will have a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and implement your knowledge across the practice. This position would suit a hard-working individual who thrives in a dynamic, positive, multidisciplinary team environment. The role will be full-time and forms part of the architectural team. You will report to the BIM manager with additional responsibilities and management from the project leaders.
