A leading global entertainment service in Greater London is seeking an experienced coordinator for the Business & Legal Affairs team. This role involves contract administration, document management, and facilitating cross-functional communication. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong organizational and communication skills, and an understanding of the UK audiovisual landscape. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of paralegal or coordinator experience required.
  • Experience working in a business and/or legal affairs department is a plus.
  • Ability to read and analyze deal data.

Responsabilités

  • Contract administration and document management.
  • Creating and tracking spreadsheets with deal terms.
