Due to massive project wins, we need a highly experienced and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Lead to spearhead the commercial delivery on a complex Hyper-Scale Data Centre project in Central Europe.

- Act as the commercial backbone for the project team, ensuring financial compliance and maximizing returns on a multi-million-euro scale.
- Provide essential commercial support and advice to the Construction Team, ensuring strict contract compliance across all phases.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and report on potential commercial risks and financial exceptions to senior management.
- Drive operational procurement and provide crucial contract support, working closely with the Procurement Department.
- Oversee and manage all subcontractor accounts, from initial award through to complex variations and final account settlement.
- Deliver precise financial analysis and reporting in line with Group Policies, providing the intelligence management needs to succeed.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, large-scale construction environment and are ready for the complexity of a Hyper-Scale project.
- 7+ years of post-qualification experience in a large-scale, onsite environment.
- Relevant third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
- Proven expertise delivering major construction projects for reputable main contractors.
