We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team within Vistry South London, at our Ealing site. As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will deliver strategy and support to the senior commercial team to deliver strategy, making operational decisions on behalf of the team, while mentoring junior members of staff.

  • Prepare, review, and present subcontractor recommendations to Managing Surveyor/Senior Commercial Manager
  • Review and prepare subcontractor Articles of Agreement
  • Resolve contractual disputes and legal matters in a timely manner
  • Implement ethical subcontract administration practices and drive continuous quality and efficiency improvements
  • Lead the collation of project cost reports and present to management
  • Ensure high standards of cash flow forecasting
  • Lead the collation of project cash flow and present at meetings
  • Provide supporting information for build contracts
  • Inform JV partners of project progress (if applicable)
  • Maintain positive client relationships
  • Ensure all funding conditions are fulfilled
  • Attend pre-construction to operations handover meetings
  • Provide market rate feedback for current projects
  • Create an environment to drive engagement and high performance
  • Manage team performance, 121s, and appraisals
