A recruitment firm is seeking an experienced programmatic sales leader to drive revenue growth and shape market strategy in London. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in programmatic sales, especially targeting DSPs in DOOH or CTV with a track record of exceeding targets. A competitive salary of £80 to £85k and benefits including performance incentives and private medical insurance are offered.
We are a specialist recruitment firm representing a confidential client in the premium media and experiences sector. The business operates a high impact digital environment with large format inventory, welcoming blue chip advertisers and leading agencies. The focus is on programmatic growth, brand partnerships, and data driven innovation.
Lead programmatic revenue growth, shape the go to market strategy, build executive relationships with DSPs and platforms, and establish the proposition as a category leader. Work cross functionally with commercial, product, and ad ops to refine inventory, packaging, and delivery, consistently exceeding ambitious targets.
