A community-focused organization is seeking a passionate LGBTQ+ Youth Worker on a temporary contract. This role involves supporting young people aged 8-25 through mentoring and group work. Responsibilities include facilitating youth groups and delivering engaging activities. Essential qualifications include a Level 2 qualification in youth work and experience with young individuals, ideally with complex needs. The role offers flexible hours and requires a driving licence to cover various locations across Kent and Medway.
Temporary Contract (ASAP - 31st March)
22.5 hours per week
We are looking for a passionate and committed LGBTQ+ Youth Worker to join our team on a temporary basis until 31 March. This role supports young people aged 8‑25, providing safe, inclusive spaces through group work, 1:1 mentoring, outreach, and community engagement.
