Qualifications

• Previous experience in a role supporting victims of domestic abuse.
• Experience working within children's and young people's services.
• Sound knowledge of housing management including voids and arrears management.

Responsibilities

• Regularly assess clients' needs and update support plans.
• Assist clients with finances and welfare benefits.
• Encourage social inclusion and build clients' confidence.
