Qualifications

• Experience with junior players in Foundation or Youth Development age groups.
• Background in professional football at junior or youth level is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and evaluate coaching sessions aligned with the academy curriculum.
• Monitor player development during training and match performances.
• Liaise with parents regarding the Assessment Centre process.

Skills

Experience working with Foundation and/or Youth Development age players

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Competent IT skills

Education

FA Level 2/UEFA C Licence

Age‑appropriate FA certification (e.g. FA Youth Modules)
