Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant field.
• Direct experience working with children and young people.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Organising and supervising the Guild of Players Youth Theatre.
• Leading educational outreach activities.
• Building networks with community groups and education bodies.

Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to lead and work as part of a team

Good interpersonal and influencing skills

High standard of written English

Good numeracy and financial awareness

Education
