A community support organization in Plymouth is seeking a Youth Development Worker to support young people aged 16-25. This full-time temporary position involves creating action plans, providing care, and encouraging residents to develop life skills. Important: Due to the urgency of this role, it is essential that anyone put forward for this role has a full, current Enhanced DBS or is part of the Update Service.

This Youth Development Worker role is being offered on a full time, temporary basis. Working hours are up to 37 a week, hour patterns between 8am‑10pm. An enhanced DBS adult and child needs to be already held.
