Join Our Team! Support Young People Transitioning to Independence

Are you passionate about making a difference in young lives? We’re looking for caring, empathetic, and motivated individuals to join our team in a home for up to 4 young people (aged 16–25) who are transitioning from care into adulthood.

We have a vacancy for a 30 hours per week position, designed to support a healthy work–life balance with a set two-week rota.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide a nurturing, safe environment for young people with complex needs
  • Build positive, supportive relationships
  • Help develop life skills, and support with education, employment, and appointments
  • Work independently and as part of a team
We’re Looking For
  • Kindness, empathy, and adaptability
  • Experience with young people and/or mental health or complex needs
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • A full driving license and use of a car for shifts
Shifts Available
  • Week 1: 1 × 18-hour shift (includes 8 hours paid sleep) & 1 × 7-hour shift
  • Week 2: 2 × 18-hour shifts (each includes 8 hours paid sleep) & 1 × 7-hour shift
  • Fixed two-week rota for great work–life balance
