Job summary

Field Solutions Group in York is seeking a talented Business Development Manager or Account Manager to take strategic responsibility for identifying and securing business across the York area, expanding our services with new and existing clients.

You will manage relationships, present high‑quality recommendations, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with the team to promote our Agile product portfolio alongside MPS, Document Management, IT, and Telecoms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar B2B sales role within managed print or related sectors.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional communication and time-management abilities.
• Driving license and full UK working eligibility.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer relationships across York clients.
• Develop consultative recommendations and present them to clients.
• Identify and close new business opportunities to hit monthly targets.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Collaborate with team to promote services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build knowledge of technology related to our services.
• Report sales activity and performance against KPI’s to Regional Sales Director.
