This wonderful, small school is seeking a passionate and experienced Year 5/6 Teacher to join their vibrant and supportive primary school in Chelmsford, Essex. The successful candidate will join on a long-term contract from February 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons for Year 5/6 students across the curriculum
  • Ensure that all pupils achieve their best and make good progress
  • Provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support the students' development
  • Participate in school events, parent meetings, and staff development opportunities
We are looking for someone who:
  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
  • Has proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2, particularly Year 5 and/or Year 6
